The axle bracket can be located on either the driver or passenger side and the tie rod bracket (B802) can be located on top or bottom side of the tie rod.

The best options we have to fight off sway on your 2020 Holiday Rambler Vacationer (Ford - 26,000 GVWR) are an anti rear sway bar followed by jounce spring upgrades. The combination of these parts will help drastically with sway, body roll, and overall stability/handling. If you were only to do one, I recommend the rear anti-sway as you will see the biggest improvement from this alone.

Yes, since your 2019 Holiday Rambler Vacationer 35P is built on the Ford F-53 chassis and it has a GVWR of 24,000 pounds the Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer # RM-RBK25-RSSA you referenced is the correct kit and it will work perfectly.
